My name is Matt Denny and I founded Duty Calls because I am a people person. I enjoy conversations and physical jobs as well as customer service. I find the more we talk and communicate as people the more we can learn and benefit from one another. I have cultivated many skills over many different jobs. I have delivered for Amazon and UPS, and also worked with a small construction business as well as at a retirement home as a prep cook and worked my way up to line cook and inventory manager. I have also worked in a pest control company and enjoyed that very much as well. I would often get asked while working for the pest control company to join them for a cup of coffee or to have a meal and I always accepted. After a while of working there I took notes and realized what it takes to build a business. From routing, to payments, to going above and beyond to ensure that the customer was satisfied and the job was done. I was one of the employees with the most amount of 5 star reviews so I figured it was time to start earning those for myself in my own company.
